Noxyde® Plus creates a seamless, waterproof membrane that remains 200% elastic, allowing it to expand and contract with your building instead of cracking or peeling. The result is longer-lasting protection against rust, moisture and harsh New Zealand weather.
A major step forward environmentally
Unlike conventional anti-corrosion coatings, Noxyde® Plus is water-based, lead free, chromate free and zinc free, replacing older anti-corrosion pigments with advanced, environmentally responsible technology. It is no longer classified as a hazardous Class 9 product, making it safer to transport, safer to apply and kinder to the environment without compromising protection.
Also a bonding primer
For interior and exterior use. Diluted with 20–25% clean water it can also be used as an adhesion primer coat on slightly or non-porous substrates such as glass, smooth bricks and concrete, ceramics and tiles. Noxyde Plus can be top coated with multiple Rust-Oleum high performance products for extended service life.

Surface preparation, priming & safety
Preparation is critical: hand or power tool clean unsound coatings, then high pressure water blast to remove dirt, salts and contaminants and allow to dry. Noxyde Plus is self-priming on prepared rusted steel and may be top coated with Rust-Oleum polyurethane or acrylic finishes.
